Volunteers - Making a Difference

The ministry of this committee is to be responsible for the care and improvement of all church property.

The duties of the House and Grounds Committee include the following:

To create a long term plan for the church campus under the direction of the Board and to implement approved plan.

To provide direction and guidance for the Church staff in grounds and building maintenance.

To prioritize and manage maintenance projects in order to stay within the Board approved budget.

To coordinate all design, colors, fabric selections and the purchase of all furnishings.

To organize and supervise congregation volunteer work parties.

To be responsible for campus security and safety of all people using the campus.

To provide accurate record keeping and operating instructions for church maintenance.

To insure the safekeeping of all plot maps, building plans, schematics, operating instructions, and models.
