Giving Opportunities at Torrey Pines Christian Church

Everything you experience at TPCC reflects the collective and generous contributions of the everyday people who make up our congregation.

One of the most profound discoveries of our spiritual life comes when we recognize that all we have comes from God, and that our giving is really just returning God's gifts in a response of gratefulness.

Over and over again, in the life of our church family, we've seen this flow of generosity and gratitude - God provides, we give thanks, we give back... God provides, we give thanks, we give back... and on it goes.

Have you been blessed? Are you looking for a way to give back financially? In addition to the Sunday offering, which has been the most traditional opportunity to give, TPCC offers a variety of alternatives to contribute financially to the church. Members and friends of TPCC have found these options to be safe, reliable, and timesaving.

Contribution Options

Online

Allows for use of most major credit cards and debit cards to make contributions.

Gift Direct

Automatically deducts your designated contribution from your savings or checking account on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. Contributions are charged to your account each Friday based on the frequency of your gift. For more information, download the Gift Direct Form or call the church office.

Gifts of Stocks

The gift of stock is one of the simplest ways to support TPCC. You may contribute gifts of any size, with no minimum. In order to realize the financial benefits of making gifts of appreciated securities, you and your brokerage firm will need to transfer the stocks directly to TPCC. Giving in honor, or memory of a loved one.

Special Gift Opportunities

Choose to give to the General Fund, as well as "above and beyond giving" to special ministries or projects.

No matter the size or frequency of your gift, or the method you use to give, we'll keep your account accurate and up-to-date.

Confidential Records

Donations made to TPCC are kept strictly confidential. We believe giving is a matter to be prayerfully decided between you and God.

Gift Receipts

To provide a timely summary of your giving account, TPCC sends gift receipt statements by postal mail. Partial statements are mailed in April and October for the current year. A full annual statement is mailed in January for the preceding calendar year. Please save your annual statement as your receipt for tax purposes.

Additional thank-you letters or receipt statement may also be sent to you if you contribute to a special ministry project.

If you have an online giving login with TPCC, you may view your giving account to see your annual records. Your record will show donations you have made online, as well as by other giving methods.

Sunday Offering

If you would like your Sunday offering to be recorded to your giving account and reflected on your tax receipt statements, please make sure that your check or cash is accompanied by your name and address information.

Donation Envelopes

Upon request, ware a happy to provide donation envelopes for your convenience in making gifts by mail, or in the Sunday offering. Just let us know how many envelopes you would like to receive (i.e. 52 for weekly gifts, 26 for bi-weekly gifts or 12 for monthly gifts).
