It is important that
the responsible individuals of the
wedding party, as well as, each
photographer be aware of and conform to
the following guidelines.
Photography
Policies
The
photographer may arrive no earlier then
two hours prior to the ceremony, due to
other activities taking place on the
grounds. All photographs taken in
front of the church prior to the
ceremony should be completed 30 minutes
before the ceremony is scheduled to
begin.
All interior
photographs must be taken from the back
of the church. Photographers may
go down the center aisle to the 3rd set
of candelabra. A second camera may
be positioned like a video camera.
No flash photography is allowed at any
time during the ceremony. Please
inform your family and guests not to
take photographs during your wedding as
it is a distraction to both the minister
and the wedding ceremony.
Videography
Policies
Video taping
may be done from the doorway on the side
of the altar (on a stationary tripod
only) or from the back of the church
behind the last pews. The
video camera must remain on the tripod
and may not be moved from the designated
area on the altar. Lights on video
cameras are not permitted. We
ask the camera personnel to wear
appropriate dark-colored clothing.
All
photographers and videographers are to
check in with the wedding coordinator
when they arrive at the church.
